The prices shall remain firm once the agreement is signed.
Payments will be accepted only by DD or local Cheques in favour of LEXYCO PROPERTIES PVT. LTD., payable at Ernakulam.
The builder and the pruchaser shall enter into an agreement for the sale of plot & for the construction of villa. Consideration for each will be specified in the respective agreement. Composite value of land, Development & Construction will be shown in the payment schedule.
Possession of the villa shall be on settling of all dues.
The Construction of villa will be completed within 11 months of obtaining individual Building license.
All statutory charges/Deposits viz., building tax, VAT, CWWF, KWA connection, KSEB connection, cabling cost, share of transformer cost and Deposit for Villa Owner's Association to be paid by the buyer.
All transaction subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction only.
